Lisa Lovell - President & CEO

With 30 years of experience in construction management, Ms. Lovell has consistently engaged in planning, directing and coordinating a wide variety of construction projects, including residential, commercial and industrial structures, roads, schools, hospitals and religious buildings, with many projects ranging in volume from $3 million to $120+ million.

She has provided construction supervision including accurate takeoffs, estimating, budgeting, contracting, purchasing and invoicing.  She has experience in full, on-site construction management for private, state and federal agencies.  Ms.  Lovell also has experience in land development and in effectively scheduling, monitoring and inspecting all work from the start to the customer’s satisfaction.

Ms. Lovell has held a variety of positions including the Director of Asset Development and Facilities Management at Newark Housing Authority, and an Adjunct Professor of Construction/Project Management at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s School of Engineering in Teaneck, New Jersey.  

Her education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University in Texas, and a Masters in Business Administration from Rutgers Graduate School of Business.

Ms. Lovell is eminently qualified to serve as a subject matter expert in the construction management field, by virtue of her experience, commitment to the construction field, and knowledge and understanding of emerging technology associated with the field.
